Facely ("we", "us") provides AI-powered photo delivery for event photographers. This policy explains what data we handle and how.

What we collect from photographers

• Name and email address, used to deliver your event's QR card and updates about your event.
• The Google Drive folder link you submit. We only read files in that folder, and only while indexing.
• Payment details are handled entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or banking details — we store only the order reference and payment status.

What happens to event photos

• Your photos stay in your Google Drive. We read them once to build a face index and small preview thumbnails.
• We store face embeddings (numeric representations, not images of faces) and thumbnails for the duration of the event.
• Everything we store for an event — thumbnails, face index, photo records — is automatically deleted 60 days after the event is created.

What happens to guest selfies

• A guest's selfie is used once, to search that event's photos, and is deleted from our servers immediately after the search completes.
• Selfies are never stored, reused, shared, or used to train anything.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or share your data with third parties.
• We don't run advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
• We don't use your photos or your guests' faces for anything other than serving your event.

Data deletion requests

Want an event's data removed before the 60-day auto-cleanup? Email us at facely.shop.support@gmail.com and we'll delete it within 48 hours.
